High-Efficiency Automation with In-House Pallet Stockers
Hasegawa manufactures its pallet stockers in-house, specializing in a compact type with two pallets positioned above the spindle. Thanks to the machine-integrated design, no additional alignment is required after installation, and setup can be performed on one pallet while the other is being machined, improving productivity. External pallet stockers are also available. By incorporating one axis in the stocker, integration with a 2-axis gantry loader becomes possible. This solution is ideal for workpieces that are sensitive to scratches or require precise positioning. We also offer the option of disclosing drawings so customers can build the system themselves.
